At I❤️AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for all items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that items that are damaged or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that some items, such as art prints, may be subject to a restocking fee if they have been removed from their original packaging. Additionally, we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or custom made.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
